An urgent investigation has been launched into the gruesome discovery of a bin bag containing severed cats’ heads found dumped on a street close Manchester; famous curry mile. The incident which has been dubbed the curry mile cats was discovered by the council worker who found the single black bin bags containing the animal remains following complaints about fly tipping.
Stephen woods, chairman of the local conservative association, said there would be an immediate investigation following the inhumane and wicked ways the cats were treated, an incident which he described as a clear example of extreme animal cruelty.
