Javi Garcia to be offloaded by Manchester City

With the arrival of Fernando, Manchester City are very well stocked in the midfield and will be looking to cut their losses as regards Spanish Midfielder Javi Garcia. Garcia who joined Manchester City in 2012 has not established himself as a regular at the Etihad and would be seen as surplus to requirements. Zenith st Petersburg are reportedly interested in the midfielder as manager Andre Villas-Boas is keen to make the midfielder part of his team.
